Ruwan Rajapakse, got his maters degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of technology and obtained his professional engineer license in 1993. Since then he has worked as a structural engineer, geotechnical engineer and a construction manager. He has 35 years experience in design and construction management in the tristate area. He has written many books for the professional engineer exam.
